MEET THE TEAM

Founder & Principle Psychologist

Dan Solomon (On Leave)
Dan is very passionate about his work as a psychologist. It is his top priority for each and every client to experience an environment of warmth and respect throughout their therapeutic journey.
It is understood by Dan that the decision to seek help is a very important one, therefore you will be met exactly where you are, listened to, and provided with targeted strategies for making real change.
Dan works with clients who are looking for direction and a way to organise their thoughts, manage their emotions, build new habits, and develop a refreshed perspective.
When you begin with Dan, he will first aim to fully understand your story. You'll then discuss treatment. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, a relationship or something else entirely, Dan will draw from various evidence-based therapy types (CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy) to tailor a unique treatment plan specific to you.
