ACT/CBTACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is a fairly new psychological approach based on the principles of CBT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT and ACT are both proven effective psychological approaches to treat a variety of psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, OCD, and sexual problems.

EMDREMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing and is the most effective method to treat trauma and other negative experiences. With this method the therapist asks the client to focus on the moving fingertips while imagining the trauma.

Sometimes circumstances or problems are too challenging. We offer support to couples who have become stuck and are looking for improvement of their relationship.
